COO

With a career in event production, Rachel knows what it means to be on top of everything. From breaking down a project's steps to keeping an eye on the clock, she's always got her plate full. But when she has time to herself, Rachel likes to wrangle her horse JJ and spend some quality time out in the field.

Chris Morris

CVO

Chris retired early as a Primary School Teacher. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and growing businesses. When he is not in the office he is out with Cosmo walking the bleak moors of Yorkshire. Chris combines his knowledge of teaching and business with strategising and consulting.

Frances Dixon

Storyteller

Brings a unique blend of professional expertise in customer-facing and office-based sales, coupled with a passion for the equestrian industry. A qualification in Equine Psychology and NLP, and holding a BSc Hons (2.1) in Equine Sports Performance from Bishop Burton College.

Demi

Non-Exec Dogrector

Demi is our Non-Exec Dogrector.


She is in the office now and again to over see the team as they build SHOO but she spends most of her days napping, sunbathing and eating only the best food a dog can have.




JJ

Field Sales

JJ is the perfect gentleman, the perfect companion, and the perfect herding companion. JJ has a whole page of tricks to make him your best buddy. JJ is always ready for a day of fun and adventure with you!





Cosmo

Wellbeing Officer

Cosmo is the office dog at Shoo. He wants to be friends with everyone. He likes to snuggle, talk with you, and make sure you're always happy.
